Who I am

My name is Luca Vergallito, I was born in Milan in 1997. In 2020, I graduated in Sports Science at the State University of Milan. I am currently completing a Master’s Degree in exercise physiology and training methods, also at the State University of Milan. From January to June 2022, I did an internship at the Bakala Academy in Leuven (Belgium). This experience allowed me to deepen my knowledge of exercise physiology, and training theory and methodology. I am certified as an FCI Level 2 coach.

I have practised various sports at a competitive level since I was younger. I started with track and field, then switched to triathlon and finally to road cycling in the junior category. After two years as an Under-23, I stopped racing to pursue my studies. Cycling has remained my passion, which I continue to practise with enthusiasm and regularity.

Since 2020 I have started coaching, combining the theoretical knowledge with the practical knowledge gained from my sporting activity.
